Hazelnut, apricot, toasty oak, stony minerals and a touch of citrus. Extremely well balanced, belle fraicheur and elegance, low-ish acidity. Beautiful wine.

Still young but delicious already. Apples, green pears and a jolt of citrus. More complexity to come with age. The 2007.
