Salinity, maple, cashew butter and cinnamon. Actually quite dry. This makes knees buckle. I cannot explain the perfection that was the pairing with house made pb&j doughnuts w peanut brittle. Absurdly good!!!

From an almost extinct grape varietal, Terrantez. Lots of sour and bitter notes, burnt blood orange, loads of salty sea air, and raw as oppose to roasted walnuts. An extreme and unique example of Madeira I would think. #birthyear #1977
