Bright nose with lemon peel and lime curd notes with just a hint of yeasty spice. Lively palate with citrus and stone fruits. Good depth but not very complex.

May 22nd, 2017Did a blind tasting of the top 20 with a wide variety of people. Many experienced champagne/wine folks. This is it! Hands down the best non-traditional (not sour) Champagne, i.e. it tastes good.
