A little smoky. Raspberry, blueberry, strawberry. Medium-length finish. Very smooth. Lighter than expected, but very good with the Flint Oak Lodge elk dinner.

Incredible nose and a spectacular inner palate of round subtle fruit and soft structured tannins rounding out the perfect flavor profile.

Sweet black fruit; the smell is a sweet black fruit w/ tobacco - it has a different finish - black inky with grippy tannins that leave you a cottonmouth feel. This needs a few more years but is a terrific wine.
