Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Wow. Such incredible defined fruit on the nose. Wild herbal notes, complex red and blue fruit, seductively supple and lush. This is just fantastic. So intense and beautiful. Stand back and sigh-and a loong time ahead. Exceptional

A little flabby at first but picked up some structure and salinity with air .

Pure style and bliss.

A touch more open than the Chambertin.... nose explodes from the glass, very expansive mouthfeel long long finish - wow...

All about the nose here, complex dried cherry, spice mineral, earth, forest, with fine structure, dry extract notes are cocoa-y and textural.

Youthful!!
