Dark hue and based with Pinot Noir. Black cherry, blackberry, grapefruit citrus, pepper and tea makes a structured taste wanting to be elegant but too much sweetness. It’s a good Champagne but not great

Is not a bad champagne but is not the traditional rose, dark in color, almost like a red wine, lots of prunes in mouth. Is not as fizzy as a regular champagne. Is worth the experience but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Went perfectly with fried chicken! Great for the price...aside from the Paul Bara rosé that @Martin G Rivard talks about, this is one of the best! Raspberries, toasted brioche, and Granny Smith apple.

I'm note really into my sauvage rosé champagnes because too often they are too sweet for my taste. This one is bone try. Still big on the strawberries though. Dried strawberries, perhaps?
