Oh god I love Sherry. Lightly oxidized, with almonds and caramel popcorn notes.

Favorite profile for the perfect snacking aperitif - Amontillado Sherry. Nutty with dessert complexion, but neither sweet nor cloying.

Incredible depth and length - walnuts and dates with floral accents.

Incredibly good! This is a young amontillado, some would call it amontillado fino, with 9 years in solera. The style is fresh, young, and flavorful. Beautiful light amber color with notes of orange peel, pecans, hazelnuts, a bit of toffee and some hints of yeast. Young amontillado doesn’t get any better than this. NV on Feb 12, 2019

Served with a little chill. Hazelnut aromatics are out in front & the palate, while lighter bodied still shows a round, almost creamy texture. Hints of citrus zest accent the back of the palate along with a bone dry finish. Beautiful Amontillado.
