Love this PX. Black walnut, fig, toffee, balanced RS vs acid. Went fabulously with turchon of foie and fig jam.

Smells like licorice / my grandmas library, tastes like almonds/anise/pecans. Learning to appreciate sherry....

lovely smooth rich flavor. pairs beautifully with vanilla bean ice cream.
