12’ Archery Summit Arcus Estate.
It has taking all these years for this wine to truly come to the point of drinking. So close to a PNP... pull the cork 30 minutes before serving.
Deep ruby in color. Looking at the color you would have never guessed this wine is 8 years young. Black fruits, plum skins, striking raspberry on the finish. Secondary notes of cherry cola & a splash of spice. Tannins & acid has finally balanced out. Enjoy over the next 5+ years.

Another send home. Beautiful, deep bouquet of spicy plum cake, black cherries, and cola, lingering with hints of peppercorn, Cala lilies, and sun-baked Autumn leaves. Velvety with sexy tannins, it glides onto the palate with black currants and creme de cassis, giving way to ripe black cherries and purple plums, and finishing with dark chocolate and licorice. A lovely surprise.

Made my toes curl...get it? Good, interesting, oxidative but still has some acid. If you've still got one...sorry, you missed it.

Expressive nose and fruit for a 10+ year wine. Just hitting it’s stride

[Tasted on December 31, 2018 at Lavender Grill in La Quinta, California]

Tasted and purchased this wine at the winery in October of 2017. Excellent Dundee Hills Pinot. Black cherry, strawberry preserves, dark chocolate, smoke, mineral and spice on the finish. Beautiful balance and silky structure.

Still going strong. Way better than the ‘03 we tried to drink on the same evening.
