Dark Horse Winemaker, Beth Liston, believes winemaking is a treasure hunt. She is constantly experimenting with different grape varietals and new winemaking techniques. A blend of Blend: 77% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon, 3% Albariño and 4% Other White Varieties. Citrus and floral aromas with flavors of grapefruit and melon, crisp, savory medium finish ending with grassy herbs.
