inky / purple in color with a purple rim.

On the nose, blackberries, figs, oak, vanilla and plums.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, figs, spices, sweet cherries, cooked plums and peppercorn.

Full-bodied and fruit forward.

Nice finish with full round tannins and dark chocolates.

This limited release , Authentic black , was a good surprise for me. I did not expect that today. Very enjoyable by itself.

14.1% alcohol by volume.

My favorite 2 grape blend. Petite sirah and Zinfandel. A good drink for my palette. Full berries and jammy spice on nose. Heavy bodied with red fruits forward and a splash of tartness. Tannins are surprisingly medium for a heavy dry blend. Finished and lingered with a toasty cocoa profile. Good buy for less than $15.

OMG, this win is so delish. Even better than their Old Vine Zin. This spells trouble!

Expected much more from this wine (I don't know why). Chocolate, jammy blackberry, touch of toasted oak. A little too sweet for my palate.

One of the best 12.99 wines (and at that price in Sausalito, CA, it's an amazing value!!) A big blackberry taste for a Petite Shiraz!!

Petit Sirah and Zinfandel combine in a delicious dark Black Wine, full bodied with blackberry and blueberry flavors.
