2017 tasted June 2019. The 2016 is totally different, and the ‘17 is much much better. Mint and chlorophyll on the nose. Unripe cherries on the front, but it has a nice tannic structure balanced between smooth buttery tannins and slightly puckery tannins. A very nice drinking claret! — 3 days ago
Happy encounter by seaside at Bromarf — 2 months ago
Black fruited but with blue/violet/raspberry highlights. Fresh, nice fruit density, medium to full bodied, mild fruit-cake spice with supple tannin that exerts itself just enough to bring it all together. Good balance of ripe vs savoury, this is the best vintage I’ve had ... great QPR. — 25 days ago
Complimentary pour by the general manager for us at the end of the evening, cool Cabernet Franc/Merlot/Petit Verdot/Dornfelder blend, would have guessed WA Syrah if blinded. Grapes are ripasso and appasimento in style/production, super cool, love to see Canadian winemakers experimenting like this...

Hoppy but also very malty. I loved it. A hint of sweetness. My favorite IPA — 13 days ago
85% Grenache (15% whole-bunch), 10% Shiraz, 5% Mataro. Great balance with the Grenache front and foremost, lovely fresh fruited, with soft tannin and a subtle spice and savoury turn to finish with. New label and new website - nice to buy direct with membership giving keen pricing. — a month ago
