Outstanding! Crisp nose, fruity, touch of yeast. Great head, like a fresh home brew in the best possible way — 10 days ago

Wolf's Head

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Beautiful Sunday afternoon here on the plains and what would we drink? A very good Napa Cab, of course! Love the dark berries, chalk earth tones, and mild tannins. Easy to drink this bottle in one sitting and glad I have one more bottle. — a month ago

Mercury Head Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

This came across as a Zin versus a Cab for us. Usually love this but it wasn’t shining for some reason. The Carter crushed it. — a month ago

Huss Brewing Company

CenPho Local Citrus IPA

Orange with a hint of brown, slightly hazy, medium head on pour. Good orange and grapefruit flavor that drifts off into piney hop IPA land, with a citrus zest finish with moderate hop bitterness. Given the tradition of citrus growing in the (central) Phoenix (or CenPho) area, the brewers do capture something authentic, “zesty, fruity, local pride” as it states on the bottom border of the can. It even looks like they forage their citrus from the backyards of locals. Tasty stuff, admirably imagined and crafted. Not a classic IPA style but who cares? 🌵🍋🍊🍺🌅 Gonna be another scorcher, drink up — 4 days ago

Special Selection Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

2nd wine of the night and it acted like it. Needed a lot of time to open up in decanter but never really hit its stride even after 4 hours. Was solid and good but not great. Seems like a lot of the great fruit, oak and vibrancy left the bottle. Maybe better to drink young. Lost the head to head to beringer pr — 17 days ago
