Fine bubbles, complex but as an aperitif was the sweetness a little present for me personally. Drank the end of bottle w/ pea and herb salat, here the sweetness did really well🙄 #nerdalert

Mind-blowing champagne with a true natural wine feeling. This was our champagne by the glass for some time but unfortunately now all the bottles are sold. Pinot Noir. Brut nature. Full of energy! No house style here but a different champagne every year. Even the natural wine haters fell in love with Bouchard! I am on the look-out for the new vintage.

This is the 01 base. Absolutely fantastic, proves Bouchard deserves his reputation. Early career plus a tough vintage and it's still amazing.
