Sappy and lively in aroma. Sour cherry, autumn leaves, pencil lead. Drink now till 2029 — 8 years ago
Full marks on drinkability. Juice! We all like a little bit of skin contact. — 8 years ago
Floral and slide candied notes combined with the aging gave a pretty unique flavour profile. Drink soon — 8 years ago
Ex-cellar bottle did exactly what it says on the tin. Very frech, aromatic, few aging notes of autumn leaves, pencil shavings and Forrest floor. Juicy, good acidity. Tannins are pleasingly soft by age — 8 years ago
Fine aromatics remembering to a ten year old Pomerol with the freshness of a good Pinot. Great stuff. Drink now till 2021 — 8 years ago
Initially reductive (little stinker) but with a bit of air opened into a vibrant aromatic nose. Black peeper, sage, olives and cherries came to mind. Great match with pidgin and a red meats served rare. Drink now (decant a few times) till 2022 — 8 years ago
Sculptured, aromatic, reminds to oyster shells, crunchy red fruit and hit of French funk. Drink now till 2028 — 8 years ago
Fine bubbles, complex but as an aperitif was the sweetness a little present for me personally. Drank the end of bottle w/ pea and herb salat, here the sweetness did really well🙄 #nerdalert — 8 years ago
Crunchy, aromatic crowd pleaser but not just any SauvBlanc. Favourite with mustard heat in dishes and green curries. Drink till 2017

It was very fine, vibrant but not sharp acidity (drink NOT out of a flute, take white wine glass). Notes of sesame, apricot, grapefruit, rock salt, nori leaves and croissant — 8 years ago
