Used this wine to make, and pair with, Cioppino. The wine has a muscat overtone, but I thought lovely. Not sure if a tad delicate for dish, but I enjoyed as a buttery aspect was revealed.

Excited to try the 09 but all they had at the restaurant was an 11, which showed well with its opulent nose and subtle lemon lime pear mouth. Paired with seafood.
