Rich red cherry and raspberry with cola. This is a full bodied fruity California style Sangiovese. My only complaint: what's with the 500ml bottle?

Always a great wine, this didn't disappoint. Was a bit flat at first, but opened up beautiful a few hours later. To be expected, it was too young 2012 vintage, but shows lots of promise.

What an oddity. This does not taste like an Italian Sangiovese. Very bold, lots of character and a ton of oak. I like it

2006 Vintage. 14.6% ABV. Lovely fruit and went very well with Italian food. Thanks to my buddy Rob for bringing it.

A Sangiovese from California? Even though it was a Pride I was very skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised. Very complex yet smooth and well integrated notes of cherry and tobacco (I admit to sneaking a peak at Wine Advocate but they were spot on). well done
