Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay

Fresh, clean, slightly fruity, reasonable complexity. No singular flavour. Would buy again.

Light tart

Wow!

Just a regular Chardonnay, too much rough heavy oak. Not for me at all, especially for the price.

Tart apple. Bit of mineral. Light. Fair amount of acidity. Can be overpowered by heavier foods.

Very light and fragrant, an easy drink amongst friends

Lots of oak, a very nice balance of flavors with a “sweet” finish. Pouilly-Fuisse is one of my favorite takes on Chardonnay. At $20 at Costco it drinks like a more expensive Chardonnay.

A beautiful, soft, lemon cream with easy going baking spices and ripe yellow apple pear. A melt-in-your mouth, mostly lemon cream and granite with acidity just waiting for a nice lobster. Not a favorite but I'm better for having finally enjoyed some white burgundy.

Very smooth finish, pairs excellent with Salmon. Very enjoyable !!! (2015)
