This is the oldest PB I've ever tasted, so these notes come humbly. Thick rich medium gold in the glass. Dry brûlée apricots and apple, faintly creamy. Still just enough acid to let you know it's alive, unexpectedly bright light pineapple acidity. Balanced, long, but subtle, historically significant American white.

Sniffed some lime juice and white flowers. Palate is dry and richer than I expected, it works. Delightful mineral mid-palate.

A lot of complexity here. Delicate and soft but a rich mid-palate leaves an impression of weight on the palate. Very well balanced and seamless. This will change your opinion on pinot blanc
