young, but just fine with food

Still a baby but already extraordinary. The wine is straightforward and true to its terroir, to the nose it is elegant and complex, it makes you drift away with your thoughts. Secondary and tertiary aromas are coming forward after any sip. In the mouth it surprises you with its strength, and shows powerful tannins, freshness and acidity. It certainly has many more years ahead. Olek has a natural approach to farming, the impressive work he himself does in the vineyard is put in value with his respectful winemaking style. He proposes a really classy interpretation for his rich nebbiolo fruit. For this bottle, we decanted short before drinking.
