Birthday wine tasting-not a bad bottle in the bunch! People said this was shot.. Sad for a 2011 but white burgundy are delicate wines. I didn’t think it was that bad but definitely had an aged Chardonnay flavor.

Soft, luscious, with just the right amount of citrus peel. You can taste the lees, and the nose has nutty sherry like quality.
