Pear apple, brioche notes... well contained acidity, complexity and relative length. Pleasant for an aperitif. Vintage 2018, how does it age over 5 years? 🧐
Pomme poire, notes briochées... acidité bien contenue, complexité et longueur relative. Agréable pour l’apéritif. Millésimé 2018, comment ça vieillit sur 5 ans?

Very creamy mouthfeel that’s simultaneously crisp and lightly acidic. Barest hint of florality on the nose. Yeasty and toasty on the palate. A great aperitif.
