The Doctors' Riesling

Light sweet pear and snap pea with hints of lemon.

Smells like Mosel, has some very pretty petrol in the nose. The sugar is hidden well by the balanced acidity.

Light-bodied with excellent acidity and sugar balance. Flavours of green apple, pine, lime, and apricot.

Delicious Kabinett style

I'll take two. Hopefully, there'll be no need to call the Doctors in the morning - except to get more wine.

So smooth. So yum!

Low alcohol wine. Drinkable.
