Such beautiful use of oak here. Dark chocolate, baking spices, blackberry jam, BBQ'd meat and leather. Palate followed the nose. Medium acidity and tannins round each other out but the high alcohol kind of sticks out. Nice long finish. Sexy stuff.

Pushed out 60 minutes of ethereal Grenache beauty then quietly moved on. Don't decant, just serve straight away with duck or braised something.
