Wow. Just wow. It tastes so complex. Like Amontillado Sherry, pears and cinnamon spice. Orange rind, oily palate and alcohol cuddles. It’s a lazy 14.5%. It’s mind blowing. Like nothing I’ve ever tried. Drinking it with Dong Po Pork. One of the best food and wine pairings I’ve tried.
