Serious Fiano example. Some time on the skins. Almost too much structure, but balanced by refreshing acidity. Went down fast! Other vintages of this have shown more ashy flavors; this is more herbal.

Super concentrated, focused, structured, complex, complete, dense, age-worthy Fiano. Can we all agree Fiano is Italy's greatest white?

Well made, but little fruit to balance out the almost harsh minerality.
