This wine has a muted nose which features hints of citrus, flowers, and salinity. The palate is livelier, with big notes of lemon and minerality, and a decent acidity. It's good if you need a white wine for cooking, but it pairs nicely with seafood, risotto, or pasta primavera.

No better or worse than so many $10 California whites. The availability of a Sicilian white in America at all is a bit exciting. I'll be interested to try the 2014 and 15 vintages.

$7 wine recommended by wine buyer at work. A little light and lacking in character, but hell, I've had worse wines that cost a lot more.
