Medium Ruby with black fruit aromas with slight toasty herbs from a very small Cru vineyard. On the palate blackberry, cherry and plum with vanilla, smoke and forest floor notes. Full body with medium+ tannins and generous acidity ending with good length with red berry fruits on the finish. Drink now but bottle age will benefit. Tasting Sample.

Bonkers luscious dark deep cherry fruit. Proper bitter earthy finish. Very impressive

This one was a bit of a disappointment. Tasted without decanting however it never really opened in the glass so the remainder was decanted for about 30 minutes before trying a second glass. Lovely nose with strawberries and floral notes with a hit of spice and cola. Wonderful balance between flavor and oak but not particularly concentrated for a nuits saint georges.

11 vintage: bright lightweight appearance; some complex dead leaf aromas; a pleasant and easy drink.
