Love this. Raspberries, red cherry, earth, dried herbs. Light on its feet, delicious

Corsican varietals and wildly unique garrigue flavors. Extracted raspberry. A sharp attack. A titch of sweetness. One of a kind.

Smells like walking down a wet dirt road with wafts of smashed plums & ripe, brambly raspberries & nutmeg. Tastes like boysenberries wrapped in an expensive Italian leather blunt.

Really interesting - lots of acid and Beaujolais-like tones here. Not cheap though.

Like Burgundy meets Italy. Medium body. Sauvage. Fresh. Got some sneaky power. Too much for roasted chicken. Think more like mushroom risotto. Very nice.

A light wine that at the same time is very complex and earthy. This mix of Sangiovese with local grapes tastes like no other wine, and is quite extraordinary. The nose is remarkably earthy and fragrant, while the flavor is almost like Poulsard or Trousseau, but with a remarkable body and earthiness that would never be present in those light wines.

The blending of the niellucciu makes the wine less savage (with all the associated pros and cons of that) than other Corsican pure nielluccius. Worth drinking for those interested in wine.
