Pear and carmelized pineapples. Even after a few years in the bottle the oak is still very dominant on the finish.

Delicious. If all Chardonnays tasted like this, I would definitely drink more Chardonnay.

I suppose could be a flawed bottle but I can’t identify the flaw. Overwhelmed by oak with a bitterness that made it totally unenjoyable. Oily texture and pear drop flavor, no subtlety or complexity.

It's an oaky napa chard, but a well-made oaky napa chard. Smooth and buttery with some fruit underneath. Pairs well with creamy pastas and shellfish.
