About at the limit of my tolerance for this style of wine- nutty and phenolic and savory much like a fino with some interesting spices to it, and yet not too edgy or funky. Interesting but really needs the right food to make sing

Exactly what you would expect from Matassa and Muscat of Alexandria. Aromatic, complex, multilayered yet approachable and bright macerated wine. With a well-integrated tannin, balance is almost perfect. Still has good acidity, so there are many years to live on. The bouquet and flavours are full of field flowers, canned pineapple, baked apple, white fruits and spices.
