This one drinks rather like light red. Hints of summer fruits, like peach and strawberries. Also some vanilla and sweet butter. Drink cold to protect freshness, which dips quickly as it warms. Acidity is fine and it's good.

Gorgeous range of tones from soft peach rim to sparkling salmon reflections. Flinty mineral salts with pink grapefruit. Some wool too.....Hint if sweeter fruits like peach and strawberry. Predominantly mineral citrus. Good intensity and simple clarity. Dry, drink cold (or quick ;)to protect freshness which dips quickly as it warms. Balanced with a slightly too heavy perception of alcohol. Not super intense but persistent in the mouth, refreshing. Great summer party stock.
