A touch more oaky than most Ribera Del Duoros, otherwise a classic style for the region. Strong alcohol though not unpleasantly so. Long lasting on the palate. This is a wild one.

Spanish wine has a special place in my heart...and drinking Tempranillo with tapas is a must! This wine is still young and will benefit from several years of age but this was just fine over the course of a couple days. Black fruit and nice acidity round out some mild, mineral flavors. Perfect for the jamón and manchego cheese!

A youngster still with deep primary fruit flavours. Cellaring should do good for this one.

Holy shit. Best Ribera I've had. Profoundly complex with layer upon layer of depth supported by a massive backbone. Long finish.

@Delectable App this wine is "Tàbula" from the Ribera Del Duero region of Spain. Varietal is 100% Tempranillo, med+ acidity and tannins, sporting 14.5% alc.
Aromas of violet, tobacco, red berries, and wet soil. Flavors of violet, raspberries, black licorice, earth, rose petals, tobacco and graphite. Decanted for 5 hrs; will improve with actual bottle age!

From Wine Merchants What’s Jason Drinking 1.14.22. Cherry, cedar aromas. Fruit leather, licorice. Lot of structure, chewy tannins. Killer with char grilled lamb chops. Credit to @Lars Fasel for grilling tips.

Capa alta y lagrima densa. Necesita airearse para mostrarse. Denso y equilibrado. Final largo. Ojo con los posos.
