Nice body and decent acidity. Reminiscent of a falanghina, shares a lot of qualities but still holds its own.

I shouldn’t have brushed my teeth before drinking this. Tastes like fluoride. A hint of mint. Whitening effect. But really. It’s mineralogy is nearly overpowering. On the nose it smells like soil. Acidity everywhere. Something new to my palate.

Fresh acidity followed by just enough tannins and a sweet end. Complete.

Spring is coming as so are aspargus dishes. This went great with aspargus risotto we had to balance the rarher meat filled easter menu

I'm a big fan. This has benefited from the age. Succulent and round bodied. Stout acidity.

I really enjoy this wine, which is more sweet than tart but with good acidic balance for it. Some solid body.

Very good Grechetto from northern Lazio. A bit of petrol on the nose, great minerality and length. At first not overly complex, but reveals interesting subtleties along the way.
