Ma K

Haneya Daiginjo Yamadanishiki - drunk chilled then room temp. Initial Ginjo flagrance is soft and fruity, once inside the mouth, burst the alona and taste very light and smooth, just water and rice, very pure taste. One of very best Of my experience; love it. — 2 months ago

Haneya TokuGin50 Daiginjo

Ma K

Haneya TokuGin50 Daiginjo Hitaoroshi brew is August 2018.
Unbelievably smooth, very fruity aroma like melon. Once in mouth, this just flows into...like sweet water. Good with fresh seafood, or warm dishes...goes well with ahything actually.

Very pale straw color - “wild” omachi on nose - juicy acid attack - I love it!

Kurayoshi Distillery

Aged 18 Years Malt Whisky

Never seen this before. From Matsui shuzou, Tottori! Said to be a blend of Scottish -Japanese malt. Very pale straw color, surprising for 18 years old / whisper of smoke / hint of white peppercorn & spice / very clean on palate, almost like a bone dry fino. I wonder what is the mystery Scottish ingredient? speyside? — a month ago
