Brilliant #RoterTraminer from #Sudoststeiermark. Declared far too young @ the table...but hard to resist in my book! — 12 years ago
Pale translucent with an initial exotic outburst of pineapple and melon, then a bit more subdued with grassy aromas and a strong note of ginger. On the palate with a great mouthfeel, juicy and with a touch of tannin. Ripe pear & melon with a ginger / spicy edge, a pinch of saltiness and ending with a mineral, lemony streak. Light but with character, highly drinkable and delightful. — 7 years ago
