Very citrussy on nose and palate. An old school Clare Valley Riesling with chalky, taut, acidic notes even at 8 years of age. Quite austere still. Yet to flesh out on the mid palate. Not sure this will happen. My only bottle. — 6 months ago

Really lovely. Full of zest and life. Held a beautiful profile in the palate for absolutely ages (even when we had finished dinner and the bottle and while watching Collingwood. And if there's anything to put a bad taste in your mouth it would be Collingwood Football Club).
I still believe, for my palate, that Watervale/Springvale Grosset Rieslings drink better young, while the Polish Hills are better with age. — 3 years ago
