If you are looking for a Greek barel aged chardonnay, look no more. This is a great choice integrating both fruit and spices in a buttery bouquet. Vanilla, apricot and butter fill the palate and remain there in the long lasting aftertaste. — 9 years ago

Spring 2019, enjoying the topless car-show and music by Melodic Drive. Not your average Chardonnay, great to kick off summer! — 6 years ago
Excelent premium Agiorgitiko by Christos Aivalis. Unimaginable concentration and amazing barel work which kept the fruit alive while adding the right dosage of vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper. — 9 years ago
Delicate nose of red fruits, stirr a bit and you can find some hints of wood barel and licorice, mineral presence is there too.
Taste is well balanced with fruits light acidity and mineral, fade quickly after swallow as we want from a Burgundy. Really refreshing ! — 3 years ago
Non-barel fermented English ortega. Reminded me of a Marlborough sauv blanc.. Bold, bone dry, racy, sharp goosberries initially but then a smooth finish. Been keeping it 4 or 5 months for Christmas. — 8 years ago

@Delectable Wine it is Shiraz basket pressed
Family owned winery, i went to visit last February and him and her wife are absolutely lovely. We had a marvellous lunch, all home cooked, in the barel shed. Over the top!
This is luscious, smooth, dark berries fruit, licorice and more.
It's a big wine, but not tiring and quite long too.
I am guessing the 10 years in bottle makes it more digestible, if you pass me the term.
It also looks like it could go another 10 years easily. — 7 months ago
