Very nice. — 6 years ago

Typical Cab elements, pepper, lead pencil and spice all around. Had a bottle of this about a year ago and this one is noticeably better. Will hold my other bottles and see. Visited the winery a few years ago. They offered us an excellent tasting. — 2 months ago
Cherries and raspberries. A good bite of tannins, overall very pleasant! — 9 months ago
Still fruity, soft, integrated well with evolved flavours and softly perceptible tannins. — 7 years ago
I have no idea why @Delectable Wine puts “Marks & Spencer,” which I think is a British retailer, in the ID of this wine. Anyway, it’s a characterful wine. Very dark color for a Chianti Classico. It’s got an interesting nose of black cherry, a substantial tomato leaf note, leather, and rocky gravel. Rather energetic in the mouth, with deep, dark cherry, that turns savory and minerally very quickly. A bit more soft tannin than many annatas, and zesty acids. Lot of bang for the buck here. — 5 months ago
Medium intensity. Ruby red in color. Nose medium intensity. Notes of red cherry, dried fruit, earth. Medium plus acidity. Medium tannin with long finish. — 9 months ago
