Had it with steak fondue. It would have paired better with lamb or paella since the flavor was bolder. It didn’t linger long so it wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t paired well and that was our fault. We would certainly buy it again. Very tasty. — 13 minutes ago

Doing 2 bottles of Nebbiolo with deep dish pizza. Popped and poured this one, decanting the other. This is firm and tight. Dark cherries and tannins like red clay. It is delicious with the sausage in the pizza.
