Celebrating back-to-back work anniversaries with my wife 🥂 Lovely nose on this vintage Rosé bubbly from house VCP. Crisp strawberries, orange rind, and Provençal spices on the nose with an elegant richness and poise on the palate that certainly denotes its age while also revealing an underlying youthfulness and vitality that suggests this has many more uphill years yet to live.
