Scents of coffee dominate. Strawberry, cherry, and a bit of earth. Well balanced. Generally amarone is not my cup of tea, but this is quite nice.

Sour red and dark cherry, oak, spices. Medium bodied with medium tannins. Could use a little more integration. The acid is a bit loud on the finish. Paired well with eggplant and tomato pasta. — 2 months ago

I still think this Sangiovese is underrated. Polished and suave, lighter ruby color with a touch of garnet. Ripe tannins right where I like them. Cherries, currant, blackberry all grow with time in the glass. — 6 months ago
