Nice wine but actually didn’t enjoy it as much as either his Il Guercio or the more entry level Chianti Classico. I think this is mostly just too young, and the tannins are quite tight with keeps the fruit somewhat inaccessible. Still clearly very nice with nice pure cherry and strawberry on the nose and great tension and acid. — 3 years ago

入荷してから1年が経過。

りんごやかりんなどのしっかりした果実なら後に、カリッと硬質？クリスプ？で、ジワジワと旨味と苦味がやってくる。苦味は果実のというよりは、ミネラルの苦味っぽい。
なかなか面白い白ワイン。

割と甘めの味わいだったので、少し冷やし気味にしてみた。
チャーミングで心地よいフランボワーズや苺的な酸。キャンディ香。心地よいタンニン。
そして、ネガティブではないが少し青さも。
早摘のブドウで全房発酵を施しているのに、嫌な青さがなく、熟した味わいと心地よさがあるのはさすが。
ロゼでここまで滑らかで上質感があるのは初めてかも。 — 4 years ago
