2008 vintage. Food was outstanding. 50 Raveneau on the wine list; 10 each of Blanchard, Valmur and Clos and 20 of Montee de Tonnerre and the others. Chablis Heaven.

Highly elegant in aroma. Matured black fruits. Well balanced between sweetness from G and spiciness from S, pepper! Fruity and Gentle tannin. CP good! A bit too much for Japanese Sukiyaki, but quite nice! It can be enjoyed from one hour decanting. It changed day by day. Balance of taste is changing. First day is best.
