This wine I had the other night is the 2019 Pierre Sparr Grande Réserve Riesling. From Alsace - Beblenheim, France.

On the nose there is citrus, lemon, bicycle tire, pear, green apple, vanilla and minerality.

On the palate there is lemon, lime, peach, green apple, golden delicious apple and good minerality.

This wine is light to medium body smooth and creamy mouthfeel with medium + to high mouthwatering acidity that leads right to a long citrus apple mineral finish. Please have a healthy and safe holiday weekend. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 2 years ago
