Aromatic with ripe stone fruits, underripe high acidic tropical fruits such as starfruit and passion fruit, light touch of limestone, and petrol. The firm spine of acidity stand up nicely to the Sichuan hotpot while the broad lush palate provides calming effect. Dry but very nice hint of sweetness. — 4 years ago
