On the palate this is velvety smooth. Amazing quality of tannins - sandy, dusty fine, juicy & fresh. With layers of dark, creamy, slightly plush fruit on top. Impeccably balanced and with nice depth. A minty hint of+ a touch of vanilla & spice.

Incredibly fresh tasting for a wine of this age. Interesting Priorat blend of Carinena (Carignan-70%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). Complex aromas of fresh herbs, forest floor, wet slate and ripe black fruits. Plum and prune flavors lead the palate with hints of blackberry and dark chocolate.
