Very light. Great for a hot day. Affordable. We are going to put this in our regular rotation. — 4 years ago
Pretty stellar. This will go into permanent rotation. — 4 years ago
Lots of flavor and spice, yet extremely smooth. Full bodied. Definitely one to put in regular rotation! — a year ago
Real nice, dense, Sangiovese! Lite on funk but full on flavor. Should be in the Italian rotation if available at BP. — 2 years ago
Haven’t tried this series in years and now regretting its absence in my rotation. 2013 still youthful and strong. Grainy tannin, blue fruit and a balance of acidity. After 4 hours in a decanter, this wine is barely showing any signs of fading. Simply wonderful. — 4 years ago
Great pairing with Sunday gravy, candlelight and Dino Crocetti. We’ll put this one into the regular winter rotation. Salud! — 5 years ago
Consumed over several hours and this was all about “a point in time”. The rotation of red and green flavors reminded me of a roulette wheel. Olives and red fruits played a game of hide and seek, occasionally teaming up with tobacco and darker fruits. Intense yet so seductive. Would have liked a longer finish. A wine that I can see being very polarizing due to the assertiveness of its many components.. — 2 years ago
I love when a wine schools me. Opened my first bottle a few years back and thought, big on price and low on return.
It is clear after tasting the wine today, I was clueless and my initial assessment was way off. I clearly did not “get “ what this wine is all about. On the nose Chablis’esque with some reduction that eventually blew off. In my mouth, so much going on. Wonderful concentration and balance with a constant rotation of saline , stone fruit, apple and creaminess. All of this swaddled in vibrant acidity. — 4 years ago
Great bang for the buck! Whiffs of Great Grandma's sofa and a smooth plumby finish. Very easy to drink without being too light. Just might become part of the weekly rotation! — 5 years ago

🍷 Did You Know?: Santa Maria Valley’s east–west orientation funnels cool Pacific winds deep into the valley, extending hang time and preserving natural acidity — a key reason the region excels with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. — 9 months ago
