Another excellent Testarossa Pinot….this one on the nose was as fruity as expected but on the palate more refined, slightly earthy even, probably the age….agree that the Testarossas bring darker tones that distinguishes them from other good Pinots…perfect with pan seared duck breast, befitting the season — 2 years ago
18’ Miner Rosella’s Pinot . Color resembles a ruby/purple. Nose fresh picked strawberries, cranberry, brown sugar mist. Opened it over a week ago and threw the cork on it. Still a full -bodied beast of a Pinot. Strong cherry, red berry flavors to it, sassafras, slightly non-expressive finish. Can’t miss if you’re patient for another year or two. One of if not the best thing I’ve enjoyed from Miner. Cheers! Wait another 2/3 years / decanting for 2 hours +. — 2 years ago
Big and rich but harmonious. Probably was at its peak a year or two ago but still in a good spot. — 2 months ago
Oaky and buttery with white pepper, lemon, quince, and minerals. High alcohol and acid with a medium finish. Great match with grilled halibut. — 7 months ago

What an excellent wine and for me a bit different in that the taste outdid the nose as the nose is the big tell for me. Anyway, the nose had some deep red friuits and a bit of cola. The taste was fruity sweet, in a great way, with deep dark fruits and just so enjoyable drinking it. The finish was long and very satisfying. It's the last bottle of Rosella's in my cellar. — 14 days ago
