Had this 2009 Brunello while at Aroma in Rome. Perfect match with the suckling pig. Darker than most Sangiovese wines, with a fabulous rich nose. No tannins, very fruit forward. Big and round are not words I usually use for Brunello, but fits this one. Heartily recommend it. — 8 years ago
Really smooth. Highly recommend. Bought from nou vines n.c — 2 years ago
Love it! Smells like a fireplace full of dark cherries. Flavors of deep plum and dark cherry, smokey and tannic. Delicious! — 6 years ago

Bright fruit, clean finish and great food wine! — 9 years ago
Legit. Truly legit. This is outstanding. Deep nose. Spellbinding. Roses, meeting road tar, loam, spice, glorious. Tea. Palate is an insane monster of deep glorious cherry fruit intermingled with spice and what purity. Sick definition and so clean. Big tannins that are sicko ripe. Unreal length. Goes toe to toe with the big boys. Length is crazy and pumps insane fruit. Wow. It’s so deep and complex but insanely fresh. — 5 years ago
Dry, complex with earth tones prevalent. I liked it enough to purchase a case. — 7 years ago
Very dry yet fruit forward and bright. Perfect pair with pork or chicken. — 8 years ago

From Vinnie. Delicious. Great mouthfeel and a nice little finish—dry in a good way. Flavorful without being jammy/fruity. Earthy? Granite-y? — 2 years ago
