Another vintage. Still very good. Deep dark with dark fruit (a plum, blackberry), tobacco and leather. — 7 months ago

Is it amazing? Can’t say that. Is it really “durify”? Not that either. But it is pretty good. Low harshness and no sourness. — 4 years ago

Very good, deep & intense. A blackcurrant, leather, maybe some herbal notes. — a year ago
Table red wine. For the price ($10 US or so) it was quite excellent. Even the ladies enjoyed. — 3 years ago
Great drinking wine. — 4 years ago
An incredible wine. Rich old gold turning towards orange in colour, weighty in the glass. This 2002 smells fresh with honey, mandarin orange, citrus. It smells like a dessert semillon but is dry in the palate. Long finish. Amazing wine, a real delight. — 5 years ago

From half bottle. Generally regarded as Australia’s best “sticky “ (dessert style). Colour getting darker (burnished copper). Drank some with plum pudding on Christmas Day and finished it yesterday with Duck Pate and crackers, having returned from a week in Mossman and the Daintree in FNQ. Aromas of Apricot and over ripe pear. A generous mid palate with diminished acid. Time to drink this. Only 10.5% ABV. — 3 days ago
